The rental/mortgage assistance has two components: Eviction/Foreclosure Prevention and Rapid Rehousing (New Rentals). Clients must meet the component's specific eligibility requirements as detailed in each section below in addition to general eligibility requirements for all rental assistance in order to be considered for assistance.
Program Eligibility Requirements
- Clients are not eligible for service if assisted previously in a 36-month period.
Must meet with a Family Development Specialist for an assessment and to learn about additional requirements.
Eviction/Foreclosure Prevention Assistance
Assistance is provided to individuals and families to prevent eviction from current housing. In light of COVID-19, we have established this data base for our team of Family Development Specialists to efficiently pre-screen and assess clients in need.
