IE DSA’s Event Calendar is where you can find all of our meetings, actions, and events.

Most listings will provide a link to RSVP, so you can be reminded about events of interest.

Here you’ll find both chapter events and community events that our members are attending.

	1 Book Club: Women, Race, and Class Session #2 Book Club: Women, Race, and Class Session #2 June 1, 2026 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm IEDSA Political Education Committee is hosting a Book Club where we will be discussing Angela Davis’ Women, Race, and Class every other Monday starting at 7pm on Zoom. Book Club will be an hour long and is open to the public, you do not have to have done the reading to attend. There will be five sessions starting May 18th, where we will go over chapters one and two. June 1st we will go over chapters three, four, and five. June 15th will cover chapters six, seven and eight. June 29th will cover chapters nine, ten and eleven. Lastly July 13th will cover chapters twelve and thirteen. This meeting is for IE DSA members in good standing only. We’ll be discussing, arguing, and drafting updates to our bylaws, an inaugural set of standing rules, and determine what legislation should look like and how it should work- all to be proposed for consideration by the general membership. This will be our second session where we’ll be getting into defining the roles and powers of Chapter Groups, Officers, the Steering Committee, Endorsements and more. 7	8 Steering Committee Meeting Steering Committee Meeting June 8, 2026 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm virtual The Steering Committee (SC) is the administrative arm of the chapter and is responsible for executing the will of the chapter’s members. All members are encouraged to join in on SC meetings to provide input and ensure the SC is moving in tandem with the will of the Chapter. Meeting info is posted in the Chapter’s Slack. On Saturday, June 13 from 2-5 pm at Viva la Boba in Redlands, come create the world you want to see in a fun, laid-back collage session. At IE DSA, we believe that visualizing the world we want to see is just as important as fighting for it. This is a group on-boarding event on Zoom (about 60–75 minutes) where you’ll meet other new members, learn about what Inland Empire DSA is working on, and find ways to get involved. The session is interactive and includes small breakout discussions, so you’ll have a chance to share your interests, talk with other members, and learn about different ways to plug into the chapter. In the meantime, feel free to attend any IE DSA events, online or in person! You can find upcoming events on our website calendar and Instagram.
